As project manager Thomas oversaw everything for us, which is just what we wanted. They seem to think of everything, which for us included providing a temporary sink for use during the refurbishment.
They were happy to work with our builder, taking over when he’d finished but having the builder’s electrician back for the second fix.

Thomas oversaw all the work and visited virtually every day. We were away during one week of the build and felt completely secure in leaving Thomas with the key.
